Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing the Inbound marketing for the whole hospitality portfolio. 
  • Define the communication pillars according to each property brand experience. 
  • Defining the social media calendar. 
  • Oversee the implementation of social media calendar. 
  • Develop and implement a coherent communication framework in social media. 
  • • Proactively, managing vendors according to the budget of inbound marketing and social media and coordinating actions in agreement with hospitality GMs & Sales Team
  • Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns and social media
  • Executing the promotional materials of the brand, both offline (presence in retail, brochures, sales kit, advertorials, merchandising, etc.) and online (Everty website, contents banners, newsletters, advertorials, etc.) coordinating with vendors, freelancers, digital / PR agencies etc. 
  • •Maintain Social Media Profiles, metasearches and vertical portals for hospitality (Tripadvisor, HolidayCheck, Google My Business, …)
  • Maintaining content profiles updated with last videos and Pictures Providing assistance to local photo shootings, video and content creation needs 
  • Manage Online Reputation 
  • Utilize targeting, customer segmentation, and understanding of buyer’s journey to construct innovative multi-channel engagement programs 
  • Implementing action plan and PR announcements
